Declaration

I declare that, as the controller of your personal data, I comply with all legal obligations required by applicable law, in particular the Data Protection Act and GDPR, which means that I will only process your personal data on valid grounds, in particular legitimate interest, performance of the contract, or given consent. I shall comply, according to the Article 13 of the GDPR, with information duty before the start of personal data processing.

Scope of personal data and purposes of processing

I process personal data that you yourself entrust to me for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes): Provision of services, performance of the contract. Your personal information to the extent of: e-mail, name we urgently need to perform the contract (e.g. to send quotations, information about products or services).

Bookkeeping: If you yourself are my customer, then I necessarily need your personal information to meet the legal obligations for issuing and recording tax documents.

We consider the use of so-called cookie files to measure website traffic and customize the display of websites as a legitimate interest of the administrator. I take the liberty to assure you that my employees and associates, who may come into contact with your personal data, are obliged to maintain confidentiality, which is maintained even after the contractual obligations with me. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent.
