About me

My name is Stanislava Horáková and I have been involved in production, events and marketing for more than 15 years. I have worked in many event agencies as a freelancer on projects in the Czech Republic and abroad.

I process the events for clients from the initial creative design and detailed budget, which I take a special care about, through the structured scenario, provision of all smiling and reliable suppliers, to the trouble-free implementation itself and final output including complete documentation and billing of the event.

Into my portfolio there belong conferences of various sizes and complexities, parties, promotions, family days, sports teambuildings and competitions, festivals, charity events, photo production and production of commercials and short films. I always try to create a unique creative concept, not to replicate previously invented and tumbled topics. I pay attention to detail, the overall feeling of the event, client satisfaction but also the well-being of all suppliers and co-workers, without whom it would not be possible to realize events.

I had the honour to participate in the preparation and implementation of large international events for the Zepter International company for 3 years, where I gained a lot of experience and touched on otherwise extra demanding but interesting and entertaining production.

I am extremely pleased that in long 15 years I have built a team of professional contractors with whom I can collaborate on projects with a smile, enthusiasm and passion which a client perceives and appreciates, as well as overlapping in relation to nature and sustainability when we make efforts at events to sort, recycle and transfer the remaining products to charity.

Currently, I devote myself to my project InBalance production, which focuses particularly on sports production and work with children and adults, and an ecological and forthcoming approach to nature and life.
